2. Contract of Sale
2.1. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. 2.2. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming that the product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. 2.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
3. Products and Pricing
3.1. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 3.2. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, and specifications of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 3.3. Prices for our products are quoted in [Pounds Sterling (£) / Euros (€)] and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate. 3.4. Delivery charges are not included in the product prices and will be added to the total amount due during the checkout process.
4. Payment
4.1. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay. 4.2. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it. 4.3. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account prior to the dispatch of your goods.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1. We deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, mainland UK, worldwide. 5.2. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or courier delays. 5.3. Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1. Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for standard goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Please note the exceptions for custom-cut items outlined in Section 6.2.
6.2. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel (Vinyl & Tint Films): Because our vinyl wraps and window tints are custom-cut to order from master logs to meet your specific requirements, they are exempt from standard cancellation rights. The following strict return rules apply to these items:
Rolls 10 Meters & Under: These are classified as Final Sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations if you change your mind.
Rolls Over 10 Meters: Returns are eligible strictly at our discretion. To be considered, these rolls must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Approved returns for rolls over 10 meters are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
6.3. To exercise the right to cancel: For eligible items, you must inform us (Chromatic Materials Ltd) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., via email to support@wrapdirect.com).
6.4. Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel your order for an eligible item, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.
6.5. Returns: You shall send back the eligible goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
6.6. Condition of Returns: Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. Unless otherwise stated, Chromatic Materials Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on www.wrapdirect.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. 7.2. You may access this from www.wrapdirect.com for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. 7.3.
