We send your items by UPS, DHL or An Post Couriers and estimated delivery is currently 1-7 business days throughout Ireland, 2-10 business days for the UK, 4-15 business days for the rest of Europe, 5-18 business days for USA & Canada and 5-20 business days for the rest of the world. - Returns Policy
You may return unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
As our Vinyls are cut to order we deduct a 20% re-stocking fee of the value of the returned item unless the item is damaged or defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the the time it takes us to process your return, check it and confirm it's condition is like new. We are not liable for any damage to a returned item in transit so please make sure you pack the item safely.
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email instructions for returning your items. We'll then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The recipient of an international shipment outside of the European Union (EU) may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country.
Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
